Hardware and Software Field Engineer
Terry has been with BPI since October of 2003. He works along side two other very experienced Service Engineers. Together they pool their resources, knowledge and all over support to make a great team. Terry’s role includes all hardware based and a great portion of technical software based services. Terry has always felt he has a great way of relating with the clients and their individual personalities to help them stay on track with their business needs.
Terry has hundreds of hours of technical product training. At this time he is expanding his IT knowledge with night courses. He started his office equipment hardware service repair in 1999 with a small format Xerox agency as a sub-contractor. His ever growing service and support along with a great team has helped to make his work at BPI seamless for the clients and his co-workers. Terry has always had a knack working with his hands. He is a logical problem solver with an advanced mechanical. He credits this to growing up in a construction business environment. Terry also has previous management experience and he has also worked as a mechanic and a machinist and knows the value of a quality precision and a thorough repair.
Terry is the youngest of 4 children and the only boy. He and his wife live in Milwaukee and have no children, but do have one very cute 7lb dog. They enjoy spending their free time with their friends & family and watching a minimum of 4 movies a week when they find time to relax. They also enjoy going for walks with their dog Chloe and bike rides.
